Buckeye’s Well Water Buddy has superior taste and odor removal capabilities. The proprietary media at the base of the filter is effective in removing iron and hydrogen sulfide. The black granular activated carbon reduces organics and chlorine. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Calculated capacities and flow rates are for reference only. Various chemical and physical conditions can alter the estimates. Filter cartridges should be changed every 6-12 months or when acceptable treatment ceases, whichever occurs first.
