Buckeye Hydro began as “Buckeye Field Supply” in the 1990’s when our founder, a Wildlife Biologist, avid scuba diver, and marine aquarist developed and sold products to other professionals. The company morphed over the next ten years and Buckeye Hydro was christened in 2012, reflecting a 25-year focus on water treatment. We’re staffed by less than 10, and when you call for help, it may just be the owner you speak with. Our company size means we can respond to your needs promptly and customize a solution for your situation. Although we manufacturer and stock numerous conventional treatment systems, we modify systems everyday to meet specific customer requirements. Nearly all orders are shipped the same day they are placed.

 I recently decided it's high time I get an rodi system and having researched every "best rodi to buy" thread here on rc, I decided to go with buckeye and their "premium system", partially based on the overwhelming recommendations from many respectable rc members. I felt compelled to write a bit about my experience, as I hope it will help anyone who is "on the fence" about who to go with. The buckeye employee I worked with was very professional, very kind... and answered all my questions without making me feel like a "newbie." When I discovered that I forgot to order the fitting to connect the system to my faucet, they responded to my email immediately and made sure I had what I needed, and that it shipped out with the original order... that's service. The system arrived within three days of being shipped and was packed well... even came with instructions on how to set it up. According to many reefers on rc... the premium system is superior to anything in its price range based on a better initial 1 micron filter, and it's quality construction. I am a very satisfied customer at this point. ROCK ON BUCKEYE!

 I recently purchased an RO/DI system from Buckeye. You provided outstanding customer service - very responsive to my initial inquiries, taking the time to talk with me on the phone to help me map out my ideal system, and providing feedback on my emailed list of system components and replacement/maintenance items to keep the system running for at least 1 year. I placed the actual order and sent payment via PayPal on Sunday during the Memorial Day weekend. My order was shipped on UPS the next day, a holiday for most of us. WOW!
