This set of two Clack WS1 V3007 PVC 1" NPT Male Elbow Assemblies will connect without tools directly to the valve or to the bypass valve. has 1" male NPT threads.  Each assembly includes white locking ring, oring, and nut.  Often generically referred to as "tails" or "tail pieces."

Fittings are designed to accommodate minor plumbing misalignments, but are not designed to support the weight of a system or the plumbing.

Plumber's tape must be used on the 1" male threads.

Slide nut on first, then the split ring, then the oring.

Hand-tighten the nut (only).

This product is tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI 44 for material and structural integrity requirements and NSF/ANSI/CAN Standard 61 for material requirements.  Also certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 372.
