Great quality product and very quick shipping!
I call the office on Saturday morning just before 9 AM on Saturday morning, as I wanted to confirm what I had previously ordered. A real person answered the phone and was able to very quickly answer my question. They walked me thru on the phone where to find the product on their website.
I placed the order about 9:05 on a Saturday morning and I received shipping confirmation later that afternoon.
Now, I know I live very close to their location, but I had my product on my doorstep when I got home Monday afternoon.
Product was well packaged and exactly as described on the website.
My wife noticed that our previous filter was leaking on Saturday AM, and we had replacement parts in hand and replace by Monday PM.
